Is Bullying Prevention Awareness Month
October
is Bullying Prevention Awareness Month. Nearly 30 percent of adolescents in
the United States report some experience with bullying, whether as the
victim, the bully, or both. The Federal Partners
in Bullying Prevention have launched activities
and initiatives for the month-long observance to help individuals,
families, schools, and communities raise awareness about bullying
prevention.
